- Fundamentals: Introduction to AI concepts, history, and generative AI capabilities
- Explore and Understand: Data’s role in AI, applications of AI in your specific industry verticals, hands-on tool evaluation
- Innovation & Implementation: Ethics, risk assessment, application building, partnership development
- Organisational Transformation: Building AI-ready teams, managing change, creating readiness assessments
- CEO Briefing: Participants present insights and recommendations to leadership
Optional Components
- Preparatory session on digital adoption in the GCC region
- Capstone project with 5-week implementation timeline
- Enrichment options (pre-program materials, networking sessions, alumni support)
- Specialised workshops (innovation spotlight, vendor demonstrations)
Program Location & Delivery
- In-person sessions at your HQ or learning centre
- Recording access to enable session playback (optional)
- A collaborative online workspace will be established for the project (e.g. Microsoft Teams group)
- Dedicated Teams (or WhatsApp Group) and weekly office hours for additional support (in groups or 1:1)
